Feeling stuck?
You’re not alone.

Woman standing against a plain light-colored background, wearing a light-colored dress, beige cap, holding a small wicker handbag, and wearing sneakers.

Lately, it seems like we’ve all been carrying the same thing: tired, uninspired, and unsure how to show up online—or even in life—because the world feels overwhelming, and business seems, honestly unimportant in the grand scheme of it all.

Yet, still so necessary.

When I shared on Threads that I’d been in the biggest rut in my business, the response was overwhelming. A collective “same here.” And that’s where this idea was born: we don’t need another 12-step strategy or content plan.

We just need a little spark.

A beige baseball cap, a partially opened orange peel, a green glass soda bottle with a yellow and red label, a clear wine glass, a tangerine, and magazines with a seashell on the cover are on a white surface.

What is Proof of Life?

A reusable fabric net bag holding several oranges, a partial green fruit, and some orange peel, on a concrete surface near a glass and a person wearing beige pants.
Woman with blonde hair holding a cocktail glass with light-colored drink, wearing a white robe and earrings, sitting in front of a green backdrop.

HEY, I’M TORI

(and if we’re being honest, this podcast was born out of me feeling completely stuck.)

I’ve spent the past years overhauling my routines, my mindset, and honestly… my entire identity as a mom, a business owner, and just a human who wants to feel like herself again.

Because somewhere along the way, I lost it.

I woke up one day and realized my life had become a checklist: emails, deadlines, school drop-off, chicken nuggets in the oven. Rinse and repeat.

There was nothing creative.
Nothing romantic.
Nothing that felt mine.

And the more I self-sacrificed, the more it turned into self-sabotage.

I knew it was time to reclaim a little piece of myself — to get selfish, soften my grip, and find sparks of inspiration again. Welcome to Proof of Life.
