Brand + Web + Socials for Hey, Sleepy Baby
If you’re a mom who searches Instagram for advice on how the hell to get your baby to sleep at night… we'll, you’ve probably heard of Rach over at Hey, Sleepy Baby.
Below, I’ll quickly dive into the scope of her project and send you on your way to browse the largest (most interactive!) website I’ve ever designed.

The Scope:
BRANDING:
Rachael is not a neutral girlie. She’s bold and outspoken and while she’s thought of as a brand for babies - she’s technically a brand for moms. We wanted to bring literally any color scheme that didn’t scream ‘new baby’ to really market to the moms… since they are the one’s scrolling her feed and website.
SOCIAL TEMPLATES:
Rachael is known for her effortless, fun, and tell-it-to-you-straight instagram content. She’s an advocate for moms who don’t want to sleep train, but want to get some shut eye. To bring her brand to life on IG, we designed social media templates that really packed a punch, were full of color and personality that Rach naturally brings. We also wanted them to be easy to edit and post from her phone - since that’s happening in the carpool line and at the park.
WEBSITE:
Rachael had been on Squarespace since the beginning of her business - DIYing it all the way to hundreds of thousands of followers and a very very successful infant sleep consulting business.
She wasn’t thrilled with the clunkiness of squarespace and wanted a brand and web that felt way more playful and intentionally designed (with a lot of fancy bells and whistles)
So we decided to move her over to Showit - where the design felt more like Canva, where you can drag and drop anywhere without the need for a lot of bulky code.
