EMAIL MARKETING FOR TRAVEL ADVISORS
Kaytee, also known as The Newsletter Lady, helps travel advisors turn their email lists into their most reliable marketing channel. Sheβs the person travel advisors go to when they want newsletters that actually get opened, clicked, and booked.
Before this project, her website wasnβt doing her any favorsβ¦ it was a website template that needed desperate customization to clearly explain her offers and expertise, and it felt like a bit of a digital junk drawer. Pieces of information were there, but nothing was organized in a way that actually guided visitors toward working with her.
Which meant people were doing what confused visitors always do. They were emailing her with questions (a lot of questions.)β¦
Kaytee is a proud boundary queen, and the goal of this project was simple: Create a website that answers every question before it ever lands in her inbox.
-
Kaytee already had two huge pieces of the puzzle in place.
A brand she loved and incredible copy written by her copywriter.
She also had a website template she already invested in and wanted to try to salvage.
The issue wasnβt the ingredients. It was the structure.
The template had never been implemented in a way that made sense for her business, which meant her website wasnβt clearly explaining:
β’ what she does
β’ why email marketing matters for travel advisors
β’ which offer is right for each visitorSo we rebuilt the site strategically using Showit. (like, youβd never know it was a template at all!)
The new structure walks visitors through the full story of why email marketing is essential for travel advisors and how Kaytee helps make it simple and manageable.
Every page now works together to guide potential clients toward the right offer while answering the questions they usually show up with.
The result is a website that does the explaining for her so she doesnβt have to.
-
Alongside the website, we also designed Kayteeβs lead magnet and e-guide resources in Canva.
These pieces are often the first interaction someone has with her brand, so they needed to feel polished, clear, and aligned with the experience of the new website.
The guides are designed to feel easy to follow and genuinely helpful, giving travel advisors actionable email marketing advice while naturally introducing them to Kayteeβs paid offers.
Because a great free resource shouldnβt just educate.
It should also build trust.
From inbox chaos to boundary-friendly marketinG
Kaytee built her reputation helping travel advisors simplify email marketing.
Now her website finally does the same for her business.
Instead of fielding endless questions about her offers and services, her site now walks potential clients through everything they need to know before reaching out.
Which means fewer unnecessary emails, clearer client expectations, and a brand presence that finally matches the level of expertise Kaytee brings to her industry.

Youβve seen what I can do. Now letβs talk about you.
If you're ready for a brand that fits like your favorite outfit and a website that sells while youβre in school pickup lineβI'm your girl.
Hey, Iβm Toriβand Iβm living proof that going all-in pays off, even if your desk is a Boppy pillow and your office hours areβ¦ negotiable.
I built my business during 2am feedings and nap traps, after getting let go from my corporate job while holding my newborn. Fun times! Instead of dusting off my resume, I launched a website. And since then? Iβve helped hundreds of moms do the same.
Because truthfully? The hardest part isnβt running the business.
Itβs looking like you have your shit together while doing it.
Thatβs where I come in: helping you show up online as the personal brand you already areβpasta boiling, stroller pushing, big-dream having and all.
