Virtually Robyn
ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGER FOR ADHD ENTREPRENEURS
Robyn is the go-to OBM for business owners whose brains work a little differently. She's the person you call when you have 27 ideas pulling you in 27 directions, a note in your phone that's basically a graveyard of half-finished tasks, and a creeping suspicion that you're dropping a ball somewhere… you just can't figure out which one.
She's a former teacher turned systems nerd, and she brings something most OBMs can't: an actual research-backed understanding of neurodivergent brains. Not just trendy tips and productivity hacks. Real, sustainable support built around the way your brain actually works.
Before this project, her brand wasn't keeping up with the business she'd built. She'd raised her prices. Her clients were over the moon. But her visual identity still felt like early days… a little basic, a little "just a little business." She was ready to treat it like the full-ass business it had become.
Which meant it was time to show up online the way she shows up for her clients — warm, confident, organized, and unmistakably her.
-
Robyn's brand had one non-negotiable: it had to feel like her. Not cold or corporate. Not boring beige. Not a blazer in sight.
She described her vibe as golden retriever energy meets business bestie — the kind of person who meets you for coffee and chips and queso and somehow makes you feel like everything is going to be fine.
Cozy grandma core, serial hobbyist, confident, and completely down to earth.
Her friends put it best: Rory Gilmore moon, Anne of Green Gables sun, Phoebe Buffay rising. A little quirky, a little save-the-world, and a whole lot of loyal.
So we built a brand that felt intentional and layered — warm without being cutesy, organized without being sterile. The kind of visual identity that walks into the room and says I know exactly what I'm doing without ever losing the approachability that makes Robyn, Robyn.
Because her clients don't just hire her for her systems. They hire her for her.
-
Robyn's old site wasn't doing justice to the level of work she was actually delivering behind the scenes. She needed a website that could hold space for all of it — the expertise, the warmth, the neurodivergent-informed approach — and guide the right clients straight to the right offer without overwhelming them.
We built her site on Showit with a clear through-line: you're not just hiring a task-checker. You're hiring a thought partner who will catch the things you didn't even know to worry about.
The site now walks visitors through who Robyn is, who she's built for, and exactly how she helps — whether that's a focused Get Unstuck Strategy Session, the hands-on 90 Day Systems Fix, or ongoing Steady Systems Support. No confusion. No "wait, what does she actually do?"
Just clarity, warmth, and a very gentle nudge toward the inquiry form.
-
Robyn is at her best when she's not overthinking it — which is basically the whole personality of her Threads presence. The goal for Instagram was to create a system that felt just as natural: easy to grab, easy to post, and impossible to mess up.
We designed a template library built around her content pillars — educational tips, relatable mom-and-business-owner moments, and the kind of honest, permission-giving content that makes people feel seen. Bold enough to stop the scroll, warm enough to feel like her, and simple enough to edit in the carpool line.
Because Robyn's content doesn't happen at a perfectly styled desk. It happens in real life. And the brand needed to support that.
-
Alongside everything else, we designed and built out Robyn's weekly newsletter — Clean Sheet Sunday — in Flodesk, fully integrated and ready to go.
The newsletter needed to feel like the brand equivalent of fresh sheets after your weekly everything shower: calm, cozy, and genuinely useful. We designed a template that's easy for Robyn to drop into week after week without starting from scratch, so she can actually do the thing she built her whole business on — showing up consistently, without burning out.
The response was immediate. Readers started replying within the first few sends. This is exactly what my brain needed. That's the whole point.
From "just a lITTLE business"
to a brand that means business
Robyn always showed up like a pro for her clients. Now her brand finally does the same.
The website answers every question before it lands in her inbox. The templates make showing up on Instagram feel sustainable instead of stressful. And the newsletter gives her a weekly touchpoint that feels effortless — because the system does the heavy lifting for her.
Which is, fittingly, exactly what she does for everyone else.
Loved this project?
You’ve seen what I can do. Now let’s talk about you.
If you're ready for a brand that fits like your favorite outfit and a website that sells while you’re in school pickup line—I'm your girl.
Hey, I’m Tori—and I’m living proof that going all-in pays off, even if your desk is a Boppy pillow and your office hours are… negotiable.
I built my business during 2am feedings and nap traps, after getting let go from my corporate job while holding my newborn. Fun times! Instead of dusting off my resume, I launched a website. And since then? I’ve helped hundreds of moms do the same.
Because truthfully? The hardest part isn’t running the business.
It’s looking like you have your shit together while doing it.
That’s where I come in: helping you show up online as the personal brand you already are—pasta boiling, stroller pushing, big-dream having and all.
